Ciemme Gluten Free Gnocchi are delicious Italian dumplings from the Puglia region of Italy. Made by Italy's leading gnocchi producer in the traditional way from the finest local potatoes, rice and corn flour. Simply cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, pan fry gently in a little olive oil until golden brown, or bake in the oven covered with your favourite pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Best before: see the date on pack.
Cooking Time: 2 minutes. Simply place the gnocchi into boiling salted water and stir. When they rise to the surface carefully drain away the water. Stir in Free From Italy Vegan & Gluten Free Green Pesto for a traditional tasting Gnocchi al Pesto Genovese in minutes. Alternatively, the gnocchi can be pan fried in a little olive oil or baked in the oven covered in Free From Italy Tomato and Basil sauce.
