Made by Italy's leading gnocchi producer in the traditional way from the finest local potatoes, rice and corn flour. Simply cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, pan fry gently in a little olive oil until golden brown, or bake in the oven covered with your favourite pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Italians often serve gnocchi with basil pesto. Free From Gluten, Milk, Egg and Suitable for Vegans.
