Produced by Italy's leading gnocchi company in the traditional way from the finest local potatoes, rice and corn flour. Simply cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, pan fry gently in a little olive oil until golden brown, or bake in the oven covered with your favourite pasta sauce and vegan mozzarella cheese.
