Selected to elevate the everyday by our olive oil sommelier, this elegant oil from the December 2024 harvest was produced by the Christofilakos family on their organic farm in the region of Sparta on the Peloponnese peninsula of Greece.
It was milled the same day using state-of-the-art machinery at the Valiotis family mill, designed to produce outstanding quality and nutrition.
Made from Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives, this olive oil is packed with antioxidants (500 mg/kg polyphenols) and has aromas of fresh-cut green grass, followed by artichokes and fresh herbs. On the palate, it has a smooth & delicate creamy feel, with more fresh herby flavours. It has a pleasant finish with a cracked pepper spice.
