The knives have strong and durable handles secured by brass rivets and are hand-sharpened with the stainless steel blades providing long-lasting sharpness. Every knife is test cut for sharpness before it leaves the factory.
The range is supplied by a company founded in Sheffield in 1838. They have supplied high-quality kitchen knives for over 40 years. They are one of the few knifemakers still manufacturing in Britain.
