xBake delicious breads and loaves with this Classic Non-Stick Carbon Steel Loaf Tin made of robust carbon steel with a non-stick coating for easy food release and cleaning. It's also dishwasher safe.
Before first use, wash, dry and lightly grease and line the bakeware.
For perfect baking, reduce the recommended baking temperature by 10-15°C. The bakeware is oven safe to 230°C (446°F or Gas Mark 7).
We recommend using oven gloves when handling.
This bakeware is safe to keep in the fridge or freezer.
After use, allow it to cool fully before washing. Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating.
In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished. Dry thoroughly.
Over time the non-stick properties will decrease and there may be some discolouration.
