The Classic range is made of stainless steel, which is magnetic and good at conducting heat. 18/10 grade stainless steel is corrosion-resistant due to the presence of chromium and nickel. All pans have a stainless steel base to provide magnetism for use on an induction hob.

To get the most from induction pans, ensure the magnetic circuit with the hob isn't broken by using pans with a flat base, making sure the pan base is no smaller than the hob ring, not lifting the pan continuously, and giving coated and aluminium pans with steel bases more time to heat.
