xClearspring Kuwa Matcha is made from the finest quality organic mulberry leaves, grown in Kagoshima, Japan. The leaves are steamed, dried and ground into a fine, vibrant green powder. Mulberry leaves have been widely consumed for centuries in Japan and continue to be used today for making a variety of hot and cold drinks as well as for cooking. Naturally caffeine free with a delicious mellow flavour, Clearspring Kuwa Matcha is very versatile. It can be enjoyed at any time of the day, in everything from lattes and smoothies to baking and desserts.
Preparation: For the perfect cup: Add 1/4 tsp (1g) of Kuwa Matcha powder to 70ml warm water and whisk well.
Kuwa Matcha Latte: Add 1 tsp of Kuwa Matcha powder to 2 tbsp of hot water in a cup and whisk well. Pour warm plant milk of choice, stir and enjoy.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
