The soya beans are cold pressed to remove their oil content and simply steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried. With their tender yet substantial texture they will take on any flavour and seasoning you use in your recipes and cooking.

Preparation: To rehydrate, add soya chunks to boiled water or stock and soak for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water before cooking.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and reseal pack after use. Once rehydrated store refrigerated and use within 2 days.
