Preparation and Usage: Cooking Instructions (Serves 2) 1 Wash one cup (190g) of Sushi Brown Rice in cold water and drain. 2 Transfer to a saucepan with 2 1/2 cups (600ml) of cold water and leave to soak for 60 minutes. 3 Bring to the boil. Cover and reduce the heat, simmer for 40 minutes or until all of the water has been absorbed. 4 Remove from heat and leave covered for another 10 minutes before serving. When using a pressure cooker, use 1 1/2 cup (360ml) of water, bring to full pressure, then simmer for 30-40 minutes. Leave covered until depressurised (approximately 10 minutes).
