Ingredients (Serves 2): 4-6 florets of broccoli, 4-6 florets of cauliflower, 3 tbsp Clearspring Brown Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 pinch of Clearspring Traditional Sea Salt.
