Preparation and Usage: Directions: Only a small amount of coconut oil is needed; use sparingly on skin and hair to avoid excess oil residue. Moisturiser: After showering, soften coconut oil between fingers and apply to skin, paying attention to areas that require some extra TLC, such as lips, hands, elbows and heels. Hair: Apply to ends of hair and leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing. For every dry hair, massage through from the roots.
