It's easy to use in just 5 steps:

2. DRY your top row of teeth with a tissue.

3. APPLY a thin layer of serum on the top row and wait 15 seconds to dry. Only put one layer on each tooth.

4. REPEAT the process on the bottom row.

5. WHITEN by plugging the LED device into your smartphone, pressing the power button until the LED lights turn on, then placing it in your mouth. It'll beep at 5 minutes and again at 10 minutes when the whitening is done. Then, just brush your teeth to remove the dried serum.
