This convenient concentrated soup base allows you to prepare a delicious shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. It contains our naturally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness and a deeper flavour. It's easy to make the popular Japanese noodle dish of ramen at home now - simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well and add cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice.
