Cornish Brie is handmade on our family farm located on the edge of Bodmin Moor alongside our other award-winning cheeses. We would describe our farmhouse Brie as a full flavoured, soft, bloomy brie with a creamy taste and melting smooth texture that melts in the mouth. Keep Refrigerated
World Champion Tip: A fantastic versatile cheese to compliment any cheeseboard, enjoy alone, with a glass of Port, or full bodied Red Wine. Why not try adding to sauces, cheese dishes or crumbled onto pasta or new potatoes...mmm! To enjoy at its best, remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. This cheese will continue to ripen during storage and may have a safe secondary mould growth on the surface.
