xOur golden-hued No.2 Wildflower Gin is a bittersweet blend of gentian, lemon balm, elderflower and chamomile layered over a classic dry gin, drawing its inspiration from the glorious grasslands of the Cotswolds. Wonderfully floral with notes of sherbet lemons and delicate eucalyptus.
No.2 Wildflower Gin starts with a London Dry base featuring juniper, coriander and angelica, to which we add essences of gentian, elderflower, chamomile, lemon balm and other select botanicals.

Cotswolds Wildflower No.2 Gin has been created to pair with your favourite mixer making for the perfect gin spritz. It is delicious as a spritz, with tonic, soda, and/or prosecco.
Signature Serve - Cotswolds Wildflower No.2 Gin & Tonic:
Ingredients: 50ml Cotswolds Wildflower No.2 Gin, 100ml Tonic Water, 1 slice of lemon
Method: Fill a large coupe glass with ice, pour over a gin and top with classic tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Cotswolds Wildflower Gins take their inspiration from the wildflower-rich native grasslands which less than a century ago covered 40% of our beautiful landscape. We support the work of the Cotswolds Conservation Board, whose Glorious Grasslands project aims to create the largest network of wildflower-rich Jurassic limestone grassland in the country.
