Best if used every 24 hours. Application Method: Shake well with dispenser pointing down. Unlock the sprayer by turning the nozzle. Place nozzle in shoe with larger opening pointing towards the toe. Push down and hold for a couple seconds. Then turn the sprayer head to lock it. Recommended for regular use. Never point dispenser opening toward the face.
