Recipes: Vegan Recipe - 110ml Favourite plant based milk, 200g Dairy free spread, 2 Tbsp vanilla extract. Standard Recipe - 110ml Milk, 200g Butter, 2 Tbsp vanilla extract. How to Make: Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Tip the contents of this pack into your favourite mixing bowl and break up any powder lumps with a spoon. Melt the Dairy Free Spread or butter (30 second blasts in a microwave until liquid), then add to the bowl whilst still warm. Add the milk and vanilla, then mix together. Fold in any tasty extras like choc chips, honeycomb or dried fruit and then spoon into a 20cm brownie tin. Pop in the oven for 20-25 mins. Leave to cool for about 15 mins before removing from the tin.
