Cooking guidelines: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350ºF/Gas mark 4. For Vegan recipe, add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix, then pop in the sponge mix. For Standard recipe, soften butter for 30 secs in a microwave, then add into bowl with eggs and sponge mix. For best results use a hand or electric whisk, beat together well. Once smooth, pour into a greaseproof cake tin and put in the oven. Bake for 35 mins, then remove and let it cool for 5 mins. Take out of the tin and cool on a rack until it's time to decorate!
