Preparation and Usage: Shake well before use. Spray a small amount of foam into the cleaned aligner splint. Then insert the splint in the mouth. Alternatively, after brushing your teeth, squirt a small amount of foam directly into the mouth and spread over the teeth with the tongue. Spit out the remaining foam before inserting the splint in the mouth.
