The very first modern commercial winery in Paso Robles after Prohibition, Daou Vineyards' Hoffman Mountain Ranch was the dream of pioneer Stanley Hoffman and world-famous wine consultant André Tchelistcheff. Hailing from the ranch's chalky soils, the Patrimony Cabernet Franc has an incredibly deep and concentrated character with plenty of minerality.
