They have a significant amount of plant sterols and triterpenes. Mushroom extracts from fruiting bodies contain more beta-glucan polysaccharides than extracts taken from mycelium.
This formula can be taken long term as a regular tonic to improve sleep, inflammation and immunity. It pairs well with our Living Green Formula for all the necessary nutrients, and with omega 3-rich Krill Oil for a combination that covers all bases.
