Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
Preparation and Usage: Cook: Allow 60g per 180g cooked serving. Rinse in cold water. Place in saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
