Storage: Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: For perfectly cooked beef, our head chef recommends: Brisket: Heat oil in a pan, season and seal joint for 3-4 minutes. Add beef stock to cover, plus seasonal vegetables, herbs or spices, Worcestershire sauce or red wine if you like. Bring to boil, skim off fat, cover with foil and place in the oven at 170°C (fan 150°C)/Gas mk 3, for 3 hours. Remove from liquid and rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
