Daylesford Organic Pastured Lamb Mince is suitable for freezing and is organic. We have been farming organically for over 35 years, ensuring our animals enjoy a natural grass and forage-based diet, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics and GM feed.
Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C and consume within the use-by date. Once opened, use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase; use within one month after defrosting fully. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
For cooking, mince can be pan-fried in a searing hot pan with oil until browned, about 4-6 minutes, then simmer with sauce for 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
