

Daylesford Organic Spaghetti is a organic wholewheat pasta made with durum wheat flour and Italian spring water. It is extruded through a traditional bronze die for a ridged texture that holds sauces well. Cook it in boiling water for 9-11 minutes for al dente perfection.

Greater than the sum of its parts - simply durum wholewheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridged texture which make your sauces cling.
Perfect with a rich tomato sauce and beef meatballs, finished with a handful of shaved parmesan. Spaghetti lends itself to a thick sauce - such as carbonara with bacon and eggs, or shellfish with parmesan and lemon zest.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
Ready in 9-11 Minutes. Boil 1 litre of water for every 100g of dry pasta. Add pasta once the water is boiling, along with a generous pinch of salt. Stir during cooking to stop it sticking and cook for 9 - 11 minutes. When the pasta is cooked through but still retains a little bite, drain and stir through a little olive oil to keep the pieces separate.
