Cooking Instructions: Serves 2. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking. Boil gently for 3 minutes (4 minutes if frozen) then drain carefully. Serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce. Don't forget to add some shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.
