Vinification details: Made with Merlot, Carmenere and Malbec grapes, grown in the Maupe Valley. The grapes are machine harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 1 day. The wine is then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a further 6 months with 70% in French oak and 30% in American oak barrels.
