Vinification details: Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Carmenere grapes from the Rapel Valley. The grapes are 90% mechanically and 10% hand harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a further 12 months with 70% French and 30% American oak staves.
