Vegetarian. Organic. Gris Rosé Grenache grapes can ripen creating mature fruit flavours without deep colour. This allows us to produce Gris rosé that has intense and diverse aromas with light pale colour.

Regional information Grapes are grown in Sable de Camargue, a region of exceptional natural beauty and biodiversity. Pink Flamingo gets its name from the flamingos that feed in the salt waters around the vineyards. The vines grow in the sand and survived the phylloxera epidemic, making Grenache truly indigenous to the region. The vineyard is classified NATURA 2000 territory and sustainability is at the heart of our winemaking. Almost one thousand living species have been identified in our estates by ecologists-biologists. The animals have discovered a haven of peace.
Tasting notes Beautiful light pink colour with an extreme brilliance. An intense nose with notes of red berries and white peach enhanced by citrus fruit. Ample and generous on the palate with aromas of white fleshed fruit, enhanced by a nice saline finish. Revives the sun of the Camargue & the Mediterranean coasts, a perfect aperitif to be shared with friends.

Vinification details After harvest, grapes are cooled down to preserve their aromatic potential. Pressing is carried out at a low pressure to master the extraction of the best juices. In this way it is possible to select the musts for the fermentation of the Gris Tête de Cuvée. They are then clarified and fermented at controlled temperature.
