The estate spans 100 hectares and benefits from an elevation of up to 500 meters, thereby moderating the Mediterranean climate. Vinification Details
Gentle pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure freshness. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in vats and ages on fine lees until the end of winter. Minimal sulphites are used in production.
