Premier Cru Beauroy is located on the left bank of the Serein. The vines benefit from dry East winds, guaranteeing perfect healthy growing conditions. Thanks to its steep slope and shallow soil, Beauroy offers the perfect terroir for clean, crisp & balanced wines.
An elegant & delicate Chablis, typically aromatic with a rich bouquet of citrus, oyster shell & mixed flowers. Round and full on the palate with a perfect balance between strength and finesse. The first sip offers rich tropical fruits & citrus, giving way to a flinty mid palate. Long finish with fruity aromas and a touch of honey at the end.
