Storage: Keep Refrigerated. If purchased chilled: Consume or freeze before best before date. Once frozen, consume within 1 year. If purchased frozen: Consume before best before date. If defrosted, keep chilled and consume within 90 days. Once tray is opened, store chilled and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: Baking Tips: Always pre-heat your oven. Bake one tray at a time. We like a thick cookie - if you prefer a flatter cookie press dough down slightly with a spatula before baking. Bake for 2-3 extra minutes if you prefer a crispier cookie. Enjoy!
Cooking guidelines: Air Fry - From Frozen. All air fryers vary slightly. Select Air fryer setting. Set the temperature at 140°C and a 15 minute cook time. Open the package of cookie dough. When the air fryer is ready, remove the dough balls from packaging and place them in the air fryer basket about 5cm apart in a single layer. Close the lid of the air fryer and begin cooking. When the time is up remove the cookies and let them cool for 3-5 minutes. Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C in a fan assisted oven (Gas mark 3/4). Place one or more cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie. Bake 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie. Remove from the oven. Rest on baking sheet - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
