Preparation and Usage: 1x = 100g tortiglioni, 1ltr water per 100g pasta. Boil for 7 minutes then taste the pasta every minute until it 'al dente'.
Cooking guidelines: Boil - From Ambient. Per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
