Preparation and Safety: You will need: 1 packet of Dr. Oetker American Style Pancake Mix, 230ml milk or your favourite milk alternative.
Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Heat a small amount of butter / oil in a large circular frying pan, over a medium heat. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan per pancake. Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Repeat until all batter is used up.
Storage: Best before end see seal of sachet. Store in a cool, dry place.
