Japanese tofu making demands fastidious attention to detail. We soak organic, sustainable soya beans overnight to deliver a creamy soya milk. The milk is mixed with Nigari from Japanese seawater to separate curds, which are gently pasteurised and pressed for perfect texture.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, refresh tofu daily in cold water and use within 2 days.
