

Dragonfly Organic Tofu is a plant-based protein made in the UK using traditional Japanese methods. It's organic, gluten-free, and versatile, perfect for creating dishes like tofu scrambles or adding to soups.
A great source of protein, packed with essential amino acids, low in fat and naturally gluten-free. This is our authentic medium momen tofu, perfect to make a breakfast tofu scramble or dice into miso soup for some added texture and flavour.
Japanese tofu making demands fastidious attention to detail. We soak our organic, sustainable soya beans overnight to deliver a luxuriously creamy soya milk. The milk is mixed with nigari, derived from Japanese seawater, to separate the curds. Our soya bean curds are gently pasteurised to keep in all the goodness.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, refresh tofu daily in cold water and use within 2 days.
Preparation and Usage: Versatile: Tofu can be diced, sliced, grated or crumbled. Can be eaten cold, delicious when dipped in soy sauce. Cook: Tofu can be fried, grilled, baked, BBQ roasted or braised with any marinade, glaze or sauce of your choice.
