Hob: From Ambient
Soak the chickpeas overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse and then place in a pan and cover in cold water. Bring to the boil for 10 mins and then simmer for 85 mins or until tender. Drain and serve. Do not eat raw.
Although every effort has been made to remove stones, some small stones may remain.
