Recipe Instructions: Drain the Chick Peas and wash in cold water. In a saucepan, heat oil and fry onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Stir and fry on medium heat. Add the Chick Peas, cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and serve.
