Preparation and Usage:
Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Oven: Place on an oven tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
After cooking - ensure product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
