Storage
Cannot be Microwaved; Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing. Keep refrigerated below 4, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium grill for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.
Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190/Fan 180/Gas 5 for 22-24 mins, turning halfway.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 10-12 mins, turning regularly.
