Our Gammon Steaks are cured in our special recipe brine and sliced into thick steaks to deliver a delicious flavour and especially succulent texture.
Storage: Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on the day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot. Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium - hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning halfway. Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 9-11 mins, turning regularly.
