We first put our aprons on back in 1984, when farmer's son Ieuan Edwards decided to become a Master Butcher. Training complete and inspired by a passion for great tasting food he filled his shop in Conwy with only the best award-winning delights. Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality, freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Preparation and Usage: Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Grill: Place under a preheated medium grill for 14-16 min, turning regularly. Oven: Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for approx. 20-25 minutes, turning halfway. After cooking - ensure product is piping hot.
