We only ever use Welsh Beef which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour.

Cooking guidelines
Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving.
Grill: From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium grill for 16-18 mins, turning regularly.
Oven cook: From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 22-24 mins, turning halfway.
Shallow Fry: From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium-low heat for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.
After cooking ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
