Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines: Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. Grill for 23-25 mins, oven cook for 30-32 mins, or shallow fry for 23-25 mins, turning regularly.
