Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Preparation and Usage: Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking. After cooking, ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains. Can be grilled, oven-cooked, or shallow fried as per guidelines.
