Storage: Cannot be cooked from Frozen; Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. Grill - From Chilled: Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly. Oven cook - From Chilled: Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway. Slow Cooker - From Chilled: Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.
