Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is a premium American whiskey crafted using traditional methods. It features a smooth, rich flavor from aging in charred oak barrels, making it ideal for sipping or cocktails.
Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon bears the name of Reverend Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who founded his distillery in 1789 on the banks of Elkhorn Creek in modern day Georgetown, Kentucky. He is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels, earning his place in history as the 'Father of Bourbon'. Elijah Craig Small Batch is still produced in Kentucky by Heaven Hill Distillery, which preserves the Bourbon-making traditions developed by Elijah Craig. Each bottle is crafted using the same method used over two hundred years ago: local corn and grains are milled and mixed with limestone-rich Kentucky spring water, then fermented and distilled.
Nose: Delightfully complex with notes of vanilla bean, sweet fruit and fresh mint.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week.

Our house style is to create American Whiskey that is aged for longer than required by law and is bottled at high proof. The extra ageing gives our whiskeys a richer body and smoother taste profile. The higher proof gives our whiskeys balance and means they stand up stronger in cocktails. From this house style, we produce an award-winning collection of American Whiskeys and we've won 'Distiller/y of the Year' many times over the years. We're proud of the spirits we've crafted in Bourbon Country and grateful the critics agree.
