Ultra Spaghettoni is slightly thicker in circumference than spaghetti and so carries more sauce and more flavour. Due to the use of traditional bronze dies in the shaping process it also has a textured surface which encourages any sauce to adhere to it more consistently, allowing for a more satisfying mouthful. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage: Use a tall, large pan to cook it, add the salt at the beginning of the boil and throw in the pasta only when the salt has dissolved, taking care to mix the Spaghettoni for the first few minutes of cooking. After about 13 minutes, try the pasta and if it is cooked, drain it and add your favorite sauce.
