

These Naked Smoked Back Bacon rashers deliver a guilt-free breakfast experience with no nitrites added during production. Crafted using British or Irish Pork, they contain significant high protein content suitable for nutritious morning meals. Making bacon without nitrites was a tough gig. But then smoking it and adding loads of tar would have defeated the purpose. So we found another way. The result - seriously tasty smoked bacon with 99% less of the nasty tar and chemicals.

Ingredients: British or Irish Pork (91%), Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Smoke Flavouring. Storage: Keep Refrigerated; Cannot be Microwaved; Suitable for Home Freezing. Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Freeze by use by date shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use immediately. Do not re-freeze.
Cooking guidelines: Grill - From Chilled. Med/High 8 mins. Before cooking remove all packaging and rest bacon a while. Preheat grill to a medium to high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon onto the foil ensuring the rashers aren't too close to each other. Grill for 4 minutes each side until crispy. Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
